Cisco 7000 Series Routers - 7500

Introduction to the 7000 line: The Cisco 7000 series is a economical, and powerful entry among Cisco's modular router lines, including the highly popular 7206/7204 versions, as well as the 7300 (including the 7301 and 7304), 7500 and 7600 series. The Cisco 7500 - The Cisco 7500 router is a large, fully modular router that can have 1 or 2 power supplies (various versions available), 1 or 2 CPU/IO cards (called RSPs - router switch processors, with varying versions), plus both full length 7500 port adaptors and VIP carrier cards (various versions available) with ordinary PA cards (as listed above) can be installed. The two versions are the 7507 with seven expansion slots, and 7513 with 13 expansion slots. It has seven or thirteen slots: two slots for the Route Switch Processors and the remaining ones for expansion cards.
