ISPTrader Ordering
All sales are FOB shipping point. Shipping insurance must be requested by buyer. Various payment methods are available as described below. Whether enumeraged or not, all sales include three components - hardware, warranty, and technical support/advising, plus - where applicable - software. Any duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
North Coast Online Inc/ISPTrader makes no guarantees about a product's fitness for a particular use - all descriptions are those of the manufacturer, which should be consulted by the buyer for fitness with respect to their planned use. All brand names and trade names are the property and responsibilities of their respective owners. Buyers agree to hold ISPTrader and North Coast Online Inc harmless and to provide indemnification with respect to any damages, losses, or other claims related in any way to the use of such purchased equipment. Software relicensing, if any, is the responsibility of the buyer, even when hardware may come with operating system software physically present. ISPTrader Export Sales Policies
All shipments outside the United States (exports) require full identification of the buyer, including name of a registered director or other authorized person, company name and registration/identification number (when applicable), a complete address, and phone number and/or email address (when available). ISPTrader may inquire about the intended use of the equipment, and in all cases the buyer agrees not to use or transfer of the equipment in violation of U.S. laws. ISPTrader does not ship to disallowed countries or persons. International export shipments will be accompanied with a commercial invoice identifying the shipped goods, terms, dutiable value, and other normal content. In general, international purchases require payment by wire transfer in advance. Warranty coverage is the same.
Use or diversion of any equipment purchased in violation of U.S. export law is strictly prohibited .
and Return TermsISPTrader has a 90 day limited parts replacement warranty against defect, but not misuse, on most gear (unless otherwise stated) and an optional extended 1 year warranty. Extended warranties are available upon request - in general, the cost of a one year extended warranty is 15% of its purchase price, with a minimum of $150. Under certain circumstances, you may be able to return your purchase - be sure to save all original packaging materials and take great care not to damage or alter the equipment received.
